You ensure projects are set up cleanly, priorities are clear, and communication runs smoothly – internally and externally.
- Project setup & maintenance
- Create new projects in our internal system
- Maintain project data, timelines and deadlines
- Support project kick‑off preparation and coordination
- Task prioritization
- Assign and prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines
- Align with internal and external stakeholders to keep things running
- Document handling
- Ensure offers and project documents are sent on time
- Billing
- Create and send invoices based on milestones or completed projects
- Track open items and follow up on overdue invoices
- Communication
- First contact for client questions about projects and invoices
- Work closely with team leads and Customer Operations Management
- Administrative support
- Support project teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain client data and project files in internal systems
Your profile
- Must‑haves
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Experience in project organization or commercial administration
- MS Office is your comfort zone
