Project Assistant (m/f/d)

Your mission

You ensure projects are set up cleanly, priorities are clear, and communication runs smoothly – internally and externally.

  • Project setup & maintenance
    • Create new projects in our internal system
    • Maintain project data, timelines and deadlines
    • Support project kick‑off preparation and coordination
  • Task prioritization
    • Assign and prioritize tasks based on client needs and deadlines
    • Align with internal and external stakeholders to keep things running
  • Document handling
    • Ensure offers and project documents are sent on time
  • Billing
    • Create and send invoices based on milestones or completed projects
    • Track open items and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Communication
    • First contact for client questions about projects and invoices
    • Work closely with team leads and Customer Operations Management
  • Administrative support
    • Support project teams with administrative tasks
    • Maintain client data and project files in internal systems

Your profile

  • Must‑haves
    • Completed commercial training or similar qualification
    • Experience in project organization or commercial administration
    • MS Office is your comfort zone
  • How you work

    • Strong communication – written and verbal
    • Resilient and service‑oriented
